- We lease the unit at an agreed rate.
- We always pay rent on time, by direct debit.
- We clear rubbish and maintain the properties' appearance.
- We alert you to any structural problems (leaks, cracks).
- We tidy external spaces.
- We make friendly and respectful neighbours.
- We vacate properties promptly on request, usually at one months notice - but this is negotiable.
All our members are carefully selected, interviewed and vetted, by referral from existing members and through open application. By maintaining a short waiting list we are usually able to place members in vacant properties quickly.
