Permanent allocations
Over the years, Walterton and Elgin Community Housing (WECH) have allocated us several permanent flats. These are normally ceded to our longest standing members on a rota basis, with new members taken in accordingly.
As most of our members have lived in temporary accommodation over many years, yet still fall outside the urgent social housing net, we welcome permanent referrals as solution to an ongoing problem.
