Matt Roberts Arts Open Forum

The second panel event was held at Matt Roberts Arts Open Forum on Friday 30 April 2010.

The dialogue event at Chelsea Space was the first public opportunity to learn about how artists Emma Hart, Charlie Fox and Paul B Davis have been working together over the first two months of the Rational Rec 2010 collaborative commission. During the commission period, we will be holding three open dialogue panel events at venues around London - this, the second event, was held at Matt Roberts Arts on Friday 14 May 2010.

Following on from the first open dialogue event in Chelsea Space, the artists presented some working ideas for their final project to the audience.  We were lucky to have an engaged and sometimes combative audience, who were critical and supportive of the presented ideas.  This event underlined the risk-taking nature of the Rational Rec commission, and the ideas and readings from the audience will feed directly into the next, final phase of development for the artists final piece.
